Returns and Refunds
Our refund and returns policy is for 14 days. Return your purchase within 14 days of receipt and we will be happy to refund your money. If 14 days have gone by since you received your purchase we will unfortunately not be unable to offer you a refund or exchange. This does not affect any statutory rights you have, such as if the product is defective, etc.
To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it. It must also be in the original packaging. We will be unable to issue a refund for any item that is not in its original resalable condition, or is damaged or missing parts for reasons not due to our error.
Refunds (if applicable)
To arrange a refund, please contact us via email. We will confirm the return address within 48 hours. Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item and confirm if your refund has been approved. If approved, your refund will be processed via your original method of payment within 5 days.
Late or missing refunds (if applicable)
If you haven’t received a refund yet, first please check your bank account, your PayPal account or your credit card company again (as appropriate) as it may take some time before your refund is officially credited to your account. If you still have not received your refund yet, please contact us at email@example.com.
Exchanges (if applicable)
We will happily replace any items that are defective or damaged. If you wish to exchange your purchase for the same item, please send us an email at firstname.lastname@example.org and we will give you a returns number and the address to post your returns to.
You are responsible for paying the postage costs for returning your item. Shipping costs are non-refundable. We strongly recommend you return your item using a recorded or special delivery service as this will insure you against your item getting lost in the post. In the UK, Recorded Delivery will currently insure you up to £50, with Special Delivery covering you for any loss up to £500.
