PRODUCTION AND DISPATCH

Every item is handmade to order just for you. Because of the custom nature of our sleeves, we need a little time to craft them perfectly.

• Lead Time: Most orders are made and ready for dispatch within 2–3 business days.
• Tracking: Once your order leaves our workshop, you will receive an email notification with your tracking number.

DELIVERY OPTIONS

UK Orders
All UK orders are shipped free of charge using Royal Mail Tracked 48. If you need your item sooner, the following upgrades are available at checkout:

• Royal Mail Tracked 24
• Special Delivery

International Orders
We regularly ship worldwide! To ensure a smooth delivery experience regarding local taxes and customs duties, we process international payments through Etsy.

1. At Checkout: Please select "Request International Order via Etsy".

2. Next Step: We will quickly create a custom listing for your sleeve(s) on our Etsy store (which automatically handles international tax and duties).

3. Completion: We will email you the direct link to your personal Etsy listing to complete the purchase securely. You do not need an Etsy account, and can checkout as a guest.
